Remember the Bay City Rollers? The Proclaimers? Any Scottish bands?
I went to a party on Saturday night in honor of the Scottish poet, Robert Burns - what a kick. Here is a video someone posted to You Tube of the event. Believe me, it doesn't do it justice! And, yes, the gal in the black skirt and pink sweater is me rockin to the Proclaimers!! I didn't have a Scottish costume or anything tartan so I was admitted based on the fact that I was wearing pleats (the skirt) and plaid (my tights).
Also, here is a picture of the cool tabletop grill used last weekend at the dinner party we attended.
