We spent one more day out at the farm before heading to the coast to visit Murilo's sister, Erika. We drive through several locked gates as the road passes through a private and very large farm. Neto doesn't grow anything on his farm as it is more of a weekend getaway. However, the owner of this larger farm grows plums, peaches, apples, corn, and American pine trees. He also raises horses and cows - the young bulls on Neto's place actually belong to this other guy. It is so beautiful! Murilo said once all the guys were out camping and it rained heavily all weekend. They all had to make a quick retreat as the water in the river rose over the level of the bridge (the one in the picture)!!
